Service was incredibly horrible. Went in with tremendous pain in my stomach and violent vomiting and the dr. Donathan ( I call him dr. Donothing) took blood samples and returned to my room saying" everything came back fine on the lab results but im diagnosing you with food poisoning." Ive been to this hospital several times for stomach issues and have never been diagnosed with food poisoning. I think their too lazy or care too little to figure the problems people have unless it's a family member of a hospital worker. They released me still vomiting and with high blood pressure(which should be illegal)and said not to return if it gets worse because there's nothing to hey can do for me. Im sure they charged my insurance company an arm and a leg for "shotty" work. I would recommend any other hospital than sullivan. Maybe if they lose some business they may care more about peoples health instead of just getting through the nights to collect their paycheck. I understand they are human too but there's not room for error when it comes to people's health. I feel that some of them should've been dentists and dental assistants and let some caring doctors work at the hospital.

I have no idea what these 5 star ratings are about. I am completely outraged at the staffs proffesionalism. They treat you like garbage. Especially the blonde nurse that works late at night. They treated my friend recently that has alot of bad teeth due to a car accident as if he was only looking for pain medication! He has teeth that are literally in half !! And as soon as we got there they had some slob security officer take his medicine from him and give them to the doctor so that he could count them. Then the nurse of course gave him a 1000 condescending questions about his mouth and why he was even here then sent him home(escorted by an officer out of the building) with the same antibiotics and pain meds. All he wanted was a better antibiotic.

My father received excellent care!!!

Wish there was no stars to rate! They are a joke and they aren't good with kids. They are very slow and rude. If you can drive the extra miles and go to union bc they are the best!

They are always great to me and my family. Having a lot of chronic pain issues, they do NOT give out narcotics anymore due to people abusing it. It sucks for people with real issues but what can you do. :/
