Not to honest on their deals. Caught them in two lies when daughter took her van to them. Like to do business locally but saved $3,500 by going to Evansville on a Chrysler 300.
Today I took the wife's car in for a diagnostic and possible repairs. They got me taken care of in a timely fashion and let me know exactly what needed to be done. They let me know my repair options and let me decide how to proceed.
Lied to when we bought our car and when I have taken it in for service it has been a tedious process. I plan on taking to another dealer for service from here on out.
So somehow my review got deleted. Sullivan automotive is a scandalous place of "business". If you're going to get you car repaired, you might want to have a mechanic and lawyer on hand.
In the past had to take my car in for a recall patch. They got me right in and taken care of.
Staff is friendly and courteous.
