the person taking my order in the drive threw was very rude, and was very pushy while taking my order. she interrupted every part of my order. I don't know her but I can't stand her. she's very abrasive.
Very friendly staff and well maintained. Minus one star because they didn't know how to make a Carmel Macchiato 8-)
Kids love coming here, but our orders are always wrong I've called but they just offer to fix it, (who wants to drive back there after you was just there) they forget napkins and condiments, fries have been quite greasy and sogy.. I know it's kids learning so I try not to get mad but lately it's happening more and more.

Currently you are better off going inside to get food. The wait in the drive thru is long and ridiculous. Orders are wrong 75% of the time. They can't use the excuse that everything is cook to order cause by the time you wait 10 minutes in the drive they pull you forward and still bring out old/cold fries. Usually have to hand my drinks back to get new ones because the ice has melted by the time you get them. It didn't use to be this way. I think they need a management overhaul and better training in customer service for the teens that work there.
